Pumpkin Carving!

Last week I helped my two younger brothers-in-law carve their pumpkin.
I forgot carving a pumpkin is not as easy I remember it being!
Here is one side of our pumpkin, a Jester,
althought it reminds me of a chupacabra for some reason:

Hello and welcome to my blog about anything and everything. Okay mostly about my life as a newlywed. So far being married is great, actually to be completely honest I don't feel a huge difference but maybe that's a good thing, right? Maybe I don't feel a huge difference since we've only been married for four months, since June 2009. Our life as a married couple is great but we do have one not so great thing in our life. Debt. And we really want to get rid of it soon, preferably in a year. So we found a way to make that a possibilty. We have decided to go from a 2-bedroom apartment to a rent-free studio apartment.

Actually we start unpacking this weekend, I hope we have enough room for all of our stuff! It will be an adventure, and hopefully not having room for all of our stuff is our biggest problem. Actually keeping a studio with only one closet and not much storage space is going to be a problem since we won't have anywhere to hide our mess or even our cleaning supplies, heck we don't even have a stove yet. I feel optimistic, but we'll see how that goes after this weekend.
